Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons baker’s sugar (you can use granulated sugar as a substitute)
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup milk
- 4 teaspoons butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 – 2 drops vanilla essence
- ½ teaspoon honey
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except honey in a bowl.
- Heat Mahou™ F until a light smoke comes out.
- Turn off the heat, add butter, and spread it across the surface of the pan.
- Set the heat to low and pour in pancake batter.
- It can be easy to go too dark, so keep the heat low.
- When holes appear on the surface, check the surface being cooked. If it’s nicely browned, turn over and cook the other side.
- Once it’s fully cooked, serve on a plate topped with honey or your favorite topping!
