Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon scallions
- ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Shred the potatoes into small pieces with a slicer.
- Combine sour cream, scallions, salt and pepper; and refrigerate.
- Heat Mahou™ F until a light smoke comes out.
- Turn off the heat, add olive oil, and spread it across the surface of the pan.
- Set the heat to medium and spread the shredded potatoes in a circle.
- Once browned, turn over and cook the other side the same way.
- Once the bottom is nicely grilled, the potatoes are done.
- Place on a plate, pour over the sauce, and it is ready to serve!
