Ingredients:
- 150g chicken thighs
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ yellow bell pepper
- 4 green beans
- ½ onion
- ¼ teaspoon rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut bell peppers into 6 equal pieces.
- Cut the onion into wedges.
- Cut the green beans in half.
- Heat Mahou™ F until a light smoke comes out.
- Turn off the heat, add olive oil, and spread it across the surface of the pan.
- Set the heat to medium and cook the chicken thighs skin side down.
- Once the skin has a nice crisp, and the meat has cooked white about half way up the thickness of the meat, turn it over.
- Add thyme and rosemary for aroma.
- Add onions, bell peppers and green beans to grill.
- Season with salt and pepper and it’s done!
