Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 1 thick bacon strip, cut to short pieces
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic bulb
- 4 teaspoons butter
- ½ teaspoon rock salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Cut potatoes into slices of about ⅕ inch thick.
- Cut the bacon into 1 ½ inches long pieces.
- Cut the onion into wedges.
- Cut garlic cloves in half, remove the sprouts. Crush the garlic slices.
- Heat Mahou™ F until a light smoke comes out.
- Turn off the heat, add olive oil, and spread it across the surface of the pan.
- Set the heat to low and add garlic to draw out the aroma.
- Raise the heat to medium, add butter, and cook the onions and potatoes.
- Next, add the bacon.
- When everything is fully cooked, season with salt and pepper, and it’s ready to serve!
