Warranty

• If you feel that your mahoucook™ product is defective, please contact us. If we determine that it is defective, we will replace it for free.
• Free replacement applies for home use only. It does not apply for mahoucook™ products that are used in restaurants or for commercial use.
• Free replacement only applies if the product is used according to the instructions. We will not replace your product if it is not cared for properly, or if it is used incorrectly.
• This warranty does not apply to products that you lose or which are stolen from you.
• Due to the handmade process, there may be small scratches on the surface, which do not affect the use of the product. We will not be exchange such items as defective products.
• We will replace defective items only within 30 days of receipt.
• If you buy a mahoucook™ product from us through an e-commerce platform (such as Amazon.com), the return policy of the e-commerce platform will apply to your purchase.
